All registrations are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Cancellations.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds.

Refunds may be granted subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellation received within the specified notice period
• Administrative fees may apply
• No refunds for non-attendance unless otherwise agreed in writing

Delegate Substitutions.

Delegate substitutions may be allowed upon prior written notice.

Event Changes.

AfriCap Hub reserves the right to change event dates, venues, speakers, or programmes where necessary.

Payment Confirmation.

Participants are encouraged to submit proof of payment for verification purposes.
